What size for me?

Step 1: Take the following measurement as indicated on the diagram.

 

 

          Measure the circumference of your bicep with your arm bent at 90 degrees but relaxed (not flexed).

          The measuring point is close to the elbow joint, distal from the head of bicep, near the brachialis.

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Refer to the chart for your recommended Pelleres size.
