By ordering our services and/or products you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The www.pelleres.com website is owned and operated by Grand Final Technologies Pty Ltd ACN 137 056 323. References in these terms and conditions to www.pelleres.com "us" or "we" are references to Grand Final Technologies Pty Ltd (GFT) trading as Pelleres™. You use this site solely at your own risk. We are not responsible and accept no liability for the accuracy of the site content, the suitability of this site for any purpose, if the site content infringes any person’s proprietary rights, if its use by any person causes loss or damage to that or any other person, if this site or a linked site is affected by a virus, or if access to this site or a linked site is interrupted or unavailable from time to time for maintenance or any other reason.
Any quote we give you is not an offer. Quotes apply only to your specific quoted order. They do not apply to any other order or change to your order. Quotes are valid only if in writing and only for 30 days unless we specify otherwise in writing.
We may change prices or discontinue promotions at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions exclude all statutory warranties and liabilities in relation to products and services that can be excluded. Your non-excludable statutory rights are not affected. If a statutory warranty cannot be excluded, our liability to you for breach of the warranty is, at our choice, to resupply services (or pay for the cost of their resupply) or replace or repair products (or pay for the cost of their replacement or repair) or, in any case, refund the amount you have paid to us for those services and/or products. If we have agreed to resupply services (or pay for the cost of their resupply) and you refuse or prevent their resupply, you are taken to have unconditionally accepted the original services, we have no further liability to you, and you must immediately pay any outstanding account.
We are not liable to you for failure or delay in providing products or services. Our maximum liability for damages (whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or statutory warranty or other obligation, misrepresentation or otherwise) is the amount you have paid to us for the relevant service and/or product. We are not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss.
Any Term or Condition (or part of it) that is unenforceable is to be varied to the extent required to preserve the purpose and remainder of these Terms and Conditions, or, if necessary, omitted.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The laws of Queensland (QLD) Australia govern these Terms and Conditions. Any claim relating to these Terms and Conditions must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of QLD.
Return Policies and Procedures
All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number issued prior to their return. You can request an RMA number by calling us during normal business hours. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and are subject to refusal by our shipping department.
No returns are accepted for special order items.
Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. No returns after 30 days. At our discretion we may extend the return time limit during December and January.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not issue freight authorisations nor accept freight collect shipments. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping cost and/or at our discretion issue a freight authorisation to retrieve the item(s).
Unauthorised returns and/or shipments refused by customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus any fees levied by the freight carrier (including return shipping cost).
Goods that have been damaged by the customer, have been misused and/or damaged, have missing or spoiled packaging, have missing components or instructions, or any item returned that is not in new condition will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the customer at their request and expense. No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email, postal mail and/or telephone. Unclaimed returns will be disposed of after 60 days.
International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. Custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such costs incurred by GFT Pelleres Warehouse due to accepting an international return will be charged to the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
Delivery
Please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery from receipt of "Sent Order" email. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to the manufacturing period of 6 weeks.
Freight
Freight charges are payable in addition to the product price. A number of different delivery methods may be used depending on the type of order.
If the delivery is by courier, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery. Freight includes insurance and packaging.
This website (www.pelleres.com) currently ships orders to Australian addresses only.
Order Cancellation
Same Business Day* - Cancellation requests received on the same business day as the order was placed result in no penalty.
Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped may not be cancelled. For such items, please see our "Returns" policy. Please note that shipment is scheduled to occur within 2 days of receipt of order.
* Valid cancellation requests require verbal dialogue with a customer service representative.
Damaged Shipment Policy and Procedure
You must inspect goods upon receipt for shipment damage. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. If a product is accepted from the carrier and you don't file a damage claim within 48 hours with the carrier, the carrier will consider the shipment to have arrived in good condition.
Shortages must be reported to Pelleres™ Warehouse within 24 hours. Please call (07) 3343 7192 to report any shortage with your order that is not marked as a "backorder" or as being shipped from a different location (i.e. "factory direct").
Warranty Claims
GFT offers a 30 day money back guarantee for the Pelleres™product. Refer to the return conditions listed above.

Intellectual Property and Patent Rights
Pellerestm in a registered trademark and unauthorised use is prohibited. The Pelleres™ product is subject patent rights and unauthorised production of the product is prohibited.
