Pelleres work best when worn correctly.  Check out this video on how to wear your Pelleres.

There is a left and a right so check the labels or the easy way is that the buckles are always on the inside.  Slide your hand into the Pelleres and position the weight close to the elbow joint.  There is a hole for your elbow to sit in.  The weight should be positioned on the outside of the forearm.

Next fasten the velcro straps, not too tight we don’t want to cut off blood circulation.  The Pelleres should fit firm against the arm to minimise movement of the device when training.
